1. Acceptance
By creating a Mobinu account or using the app or website, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the policies linked here. If you do not agree, do not use Mobinu. Mobinu is operated for users in Pakistan.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per verified phone number.
3. What Mobinu is
Mobinu is a marketplace that connects buyers, sellers, and verified mobile-phone shops. Mobinu is not a party to transactions between users and shops; it provides the platform, discovery, messaging, and dispute tooling.
4. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, including honest device condition, PTA status, and photos. Do not list stolen, blocked, or counterfeit devices. Do not abuse, defraud, or harass other users or shops.
5. Buying (COD)
Orders are cash-on-delivery with check-before-accept: inspect the phone at handover and only pay if it matches the listing. You may reject a mismatched item at no cost.
6. Selling via auction
Sellers list a phone to a sealed 24-hour auction visible only to verified shops in the selected markets. See the Bidding & Auction Terms for the binding rules, timelines, and penalties.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies, including temporary blocks and permanent bans for no-shows, defaults, or fraud.
8. Disclaimers & liability
Mobinu is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobinu is not liable for the condition, legality, or delivery of devices traded between users and shops.
