Data we collect
Phone number (verified via WhatsApp), optional email/Google profile, device catalog selections, listings, photos, location (for “phones near me”, with your permission), chat messages, orders, and usage data.
How we use it
To operate the marketplace: authentication, discovery, messaging, orders, auctions, notifications, fraud prevention, and support. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
With shops/users you transact or chat with (limited to what the interaction requires), and with service providers (hosting, storage, email, push) under confidentiality. We may disclose where required by law.
Storage & security
Data is stored on our servers and Cloudflare R2; images are stripped of EXIF metadata. We apply reasonable safeguards but no system is perfectly secure.
Your rights
Request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@mobinu.com. Deleting your account removes personal data subject to legal retention.
